Tax Relief for Commercial Applications

PHOTOVOLTAIC PRICING -
A financial mechanism to improve the economics of
self-generated solar electricity" - a two page fact sheet describing the
concept of "photovoltaic pricing". The concept has been used successfully
in the development of a PV project partnership with Green Mountain Energy
and the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. This fact
sheet was produced by the Energy Coordinating Agency on behalf of the
Philadelphia Million Solar Roofs Community Partnership with a grant from the
