| Description
The Cox Photovoltaic Cogeneration System was installed by a collaboration of the site owner, John Cox, his company Cox & Co. Inc., and Finley Shapiro Consulting, Inc. The system began full operation on June 5, 2003, and was certified for the Sustainable Development Fund's Solar PV Grant Program on June 16, 2003.
In July the system generated 431.5 kWh, 11% more than predicted for the month. As of the end of July, the system had generated a total of 735.5 kWh, including 195 kWh that were sold back to the electric grid. The system's best single day generation was 18(!) kWh, on July 13.
